Who we are
Simeds by 3S Sanità s.r.l. is a company founded by the direct collaboration of a surgical centre and a company composed of electronic and computer engineers. The company mission is to create top-level technological/computer instruments, which are designed and commissioned based on the actual needs of the medical world and especially designed and developed within the health sector with constant feedback from the engineering and medicine fields. The possibility of having health facilities and skilled technical staff gives us that added bonus found in our products.
The company is young but already has 2 very useful instruments in its portfolio:
1) 1) The DIOMEDE electronic Medical Record, a complete computerised file, which is easy to use. Our healthcare partner has defined it to be “for computer illiterates” and this makes it very useful for the medical world where the simple use of technology increases the quality of the care provided to the patients and their safety.
2) SiMews: a unique medical device. “N.E.W.S. in just one instrument”, which is a wearable micro monitor to be provided to every admitted patient, which allows the vital parameters to be measured together with the NEWS score at preset and adjustable times. The instrument works fully automatically and provides no hindrance to the mobility of the patient.
Our development and innovation department is working on other medical products, designed by the medical staff whom we collaborate with to pursue the goal of improving the services offered by clinics.
